Quotes
All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time. If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed.
NJT Mowing Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of the service being completed so we can discuss your concerns. Â Where appropriate, we will inspect the work and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including returning to rectify the service at no additional cost. Â Refunds are generally not provided for completed services unless required under Australian Consumer Law or where a refund has been agreed upon by NJT Mowing & Gardening Services.
CancellationsÂ
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if little or no notice is given.
