NJT Mowing Terms & Conditions
(Quotes)
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if additional work, materials or unforeseen site conditions are identified before or during the service.
Bookings
By booking a service with NJT Mowing & Gardening Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Pets should be secured, and any hazards should be disclosed before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.
Changes to Work
If additional work is requested after a quote has been accepted, a revised quote or additional charges may apply. No extra work will be carried out without customer approval.
Weather
Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds or extreme heat.
Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or if our team arrives on site and is unable to carry out the agreed work.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for informing us of any underground services, irrigation systems, hidden obstacles or other site conditions that may affect the work.
Plant & Lawn Health
While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of care, NJT Mowing & Gardening Services cannot guarantee the future health, growth or survival of lawns, plants, trees or gardens. Natural factors such as weather, pests, diseases, soil conditions, irrigation, seasonal changes and existing plant health may affect results and are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
NJT Mowing & Gardening Services will take all reasonable care when carrying out our services. However, we are not liable for damage or loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, underground services, irrigation systems, unmarked utilities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for advising us of any known hazards, underground infrastructure, or fragile items before work begins. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
